What's covered

Your 3-year warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

Stitching and seams coming apart.
Zips, buckles and clips failing under normal use.
Faulty hardware, handles or straps.
Defects in the water-resistant shell or lining.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear, scuffs and fading over time.
Accidental damage, misuse or improper care.
Damage from alterations or repairs not carried out by us.
Items bought from unauthorised resellers.

How to make a claim

Email support@shopbrance.com with your order number and a short description of the fault.
Attach a few clear photos showing the issue.
We'll assess your claim and, if it's covered, arrange a repair or replacement.

Good to know

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not replace them. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase, it makes claims faster.
