1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of shopbrance.com and to any orders you place with Brance. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email, but a contract is only formed once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery costs are shown clearly before you complete checkout.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider.
• If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For full details, see our shipping information.

5. Returns and refunds

You have the right to return unused items within 30 days. Full details, including how to start a return, are on our returns and refunds page. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranty

Our bags come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing faults. See our warranty page for what is covered and how to make a claim.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Brance name, logo, designs, text and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow our reasonable instructions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
